Your 2026-27 Mr and Miss Vestavia!
Each year, Vestavia Hills High School seniors have the opportunity to vote for Mr. and Miss Vestavia. Students vote for classmates they believe should be recognized for their accomplishments and the impact they have made throughout the school year and their overall high school experience.
The process begins with nominations from our teachers and faculty. The nominees are then put forward for the the senior class to vote and decide who receives the titles.
More than just a popularity contest, this tradition gives students the opportunity to recognize classmates who have made significant contributions to the school and the community. Whether that means taking on a leadership role in school activities, building meaningful friendships, or simply having a positive impact on those around them, each nominee brings something unique to the community.
For the seniors who vote for Mr. and Miss Vestavia, it is a way to reflect on their time in high school and help celebrate the people who have made their high school experience memorable. The senior class elected Ruth Graham as Miss Vestavia and William Hurt as Mr. Vestavia. Their selection reflects the recognition they received from their classmates and the lasting impression they made during their time at Vestavia Hills.
Mr. and Miss Vestavia is about more than two titles. It is a way for the senior class to celebrate the people who made a difference through leadership, friendship, service, school involvement, or the way they treated others.
